Taylor’s deep-rooted passion for the cause, and his sheer drive to enact positive change, didn’t go unnoticed after being named as Player in the Community at the 2025 EFL Awards ceremony in April.

Speaking on what the award signified for him personally, Taylor said: "It's a special feeling [winning this award]. It's something very close and personal to me, and it's nice to receive the recognition but that's obviously not the reason why we do it. We do it to have an effect and to try and change people's lives. We're lucky enough to be supported by the PFA, the EFL, and Bristol Rovers, so we've been able to go out into the community and make a difference."

The ‘5K Your Way' initiative aligns with Moore's role as Health Ambassador, where he actively promotes the link between physical activity and mental well-being. By participating, the community is invited to improve both their physical fitness and mental resilience, making it a powerful step toward fostering mental health awareness in Bristol.
