Kicking off the EFL Team of the Week is Ivor Pandur, who earned a WhoScored.com rating of 8.07 in Monday’s 1-1 draw with Coventry.
The 25-year-old did all he could to help his side to a result, making seven saves and one high ball claim in the stalemate.
Centre-back: Terell Thomas (Carlisle) - 9.47 rating
With a WhoScored.com rating of 9.47, Carlisle defender Terell Thomas is the Sky Bet League Two Player of the Week, following his efforts in Saturday’s 2-0 win at Morecambe.
Thomas scored his first league goal of the season in the victory, while he also made three tackles, two interceptions, 13 clearances and nine aerial wins, in a colossal defensive showing.
Centre-back: Caleb Taylor (Wycombe) - 9.15 rating
Wycombe’s Caleb Taylor was the best rated defender in League One this week, scoring the winner against Stevenage while also turning in a fine defensive showing.
In all, Taylor managed three tackles, three interceptions, nine clearances, two blocks and eight aerial wins.
Centre-back: Eoghan O’Connell (Wrexham) - 9.03 rating
Wrexham defender Eoghan O’Connell was a vital part of Saturday’s clean sheet and point at Wigan, making a whopping 22 clearances - the most he has made in a league match this season - while also winning 11 aerial duels, to return a WhoScored.com rating of 9.03.
Right midfield: Brad Halliday (Bradford) - 9.06 rating
Despite eventual, dramatic defeat at the hands of Swindon, Bradford defender Brad Halliday makes our top five having been directly involved in three of the away side’s four goals on Saturday afternoon. Halliday scored his second league goal of the season, while he also provided two assists - more than he had managed in his previous 38 appearances this term.
Central midfield: Matt Grimes (Coventry) – 8.79 rating
With a WhoScored.com rating of 8.79, Matt Grimes makes the EFL Team of the Week.
Grimes scored his first Coventry goal in their 1-1 draw with Hull on Monday night, doing so with one of two shots, while he kept play ticking over well, returning a 93.5% pass success rate from 62 passes.
Central midfield: Ryan Croasdale (Port Vale) – 8.58 rating
Partnering Grimes in the middle of the park is Port Vale’s Ryan Croasdale, who earned a WhoScored.com rating of 8.58 in Saturday’s 5-0 win over Bromley.
Croasdale was directly involved in two of the Valiants’ five goals, netting with his only shot and providing one assist with his only key pass to justify his inclusion.
Left midfield: Manor Solomon (Leeds) – 8.67 rating
Manor Solomon was directly involved in both Leeds goals as they made it back-to-back league wins with a 2-1 victory over Preston.

Striker: Rumarn Burrell (Burton) - 9.69 rating
With a WhoScored.com rating of 9.69, Burton striker Rumen Burrell is EFL Player of the Week, after he brought his scoring tally for the season into double figures with a brace in the 3-0 home win over Huddersfield.
Burrell found the net with two of his three attempts on goal, while he also won seven aerial duels, made three key passes and three successful dribbles, in an excellent all-round display.
Striker: Harry Smith (Swindon) - 9.45 rating
Swindon’s Harry Smith was another League Two striker to bag a brace on Saturday, putting two past then-league leaders Bradford to help the home side to an eventual 5-4 victory.
In an eventful display, Smith also managed seven shots on goal, five aerial wins, six clearances and one tackle, all contributing to a WhoScored.com rating of 9.45.
Striker: Lorent Tolaj (Port Vale) - 9.10 rating
Port Vale striker Lorent Tolaj continued his fine form in front of goal with a brace in the 5-0 thrashing of Bromley over the weekend.
Those strikes brought the 23-year-old’s tally for the season to 13, five of which have come in only the last three matches.
