The winners of the Sky Bet Championship Manager and Player of the Month Awards for February are:

Manager of the Month: Daniel Farke

Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has been named the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month for February.

A second perfect month in succession for Farke’s side as they collected 15 points, scored 13 goals and moved into second place in the Championship. They conceded just one goal, in their comeback victory over leaders Leicester. 

Farke said: “Once again, throughout February, we managed to keep up our really good start to 2024 and I can only give compliments to my players and staff.

“To win nine consecutive games over January and February in the Championship was a real collective effort and required huge dedication from everyone.

“Naturally it is our aim to continue in a similar manner between now and the end of the season, we want to win as many games as possible.”

Player of the Month: Omari Hutchinson

Ipswich Town winger Omari Hutchinson has been named the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month for February.

The 20-year-old’s impact at Portman Road has grown even if his playing time is still limited by his youth and the riches in the Ipswich squad. In six part-games, the skilful winger contributed two assists and three vital injury-time goals.

Hutchinson said: “I’m very happy, this is my first award in men’s football so I’m grateful. There’s a lot of players that could have won it, a lot of top talent but I was happy to be chosen.

“Everyone has helped me on the journey, this is my first season in men’s football, so I didn’t know what to expect, I think this season so far has been successful and to be playing in front of the Ipswich fans week in and week out is a dream come true.”
