After booking their place at Wembley this evening, Barnsley will meet Sheffield Wednesday in the Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final.

They join Sheffield Wednesday under the arch after the Owls completed a remarkable turnaround at Hillsborough last night, overturning a 4-0 deficit to draw 5-5 on aggregate with Peterborough United and eventually win 5-3 in a tense penalty shootoout.
The Final takes place on Monday 29 May when a South Yorkshire derby will decide who takes the third and final promotion spot to the Championship.
