Sky Bet Championship
One coveted place in the Premier League as Coventry City and Luton Town battle it out in the Championship Play-Off Final.
The Hatters saw off Sunderland 3-2 on aggregate in the Semi-Finals to reach the showpiece as they plot a top-flight return for the first time since 1992. The Bedfordshire side have enjoyed a remarkable campaign under Rob Edwards, finishing third in the final Championship table to now being on the cusp of promotion.
Town will face a Coventry side equally deprived of top-flight football. The Sky Blues dropped out of the Premier League in 2000/01 but are enjoying a renaissance under manager Mark Robins and edged a tension-filled 1-0 aggregate victory over Middlesbrough.

Sky Bet League One
An all-South Yorkshire clash is on the cards in the League One Play-Off Final between Barnsley and Sheffield Wednesday.
The Owls produced the greatest comebacks ever seen by overturning a 4-0 first-leg deficit against Peterborough United to eventually win through on penalties to reach the showpiece occasion in the capital after the side from the ‘Steel City’ suffered heartbreak 12 months ago in the Play-Offs.
They will face county rivals Barnsley at Wembley after Michael Duff’s side edged out Bolton Wanderers 2-1 on aggregate over two closely-contested semi-final legs to reserve their spot under the arch. The Reds, who finished fourth in the table, are looking for an immediate return to the Championship following last term’s relegation.

Sky Bet League Two
In League Two, Carlisle United and Stockport County face off in this year's Play-Off Final under the famous arch.
The Cumbrians booked their place in the Final after overcoming Bradford City 3-2 on aggregate after extra-time. Manager Paul Simpson led his hometown eam to promotion during his first spell in charge and is hoping to repeat the feat next weekend as the Blues head to Wembley for the first time since 2011.
They will face Stockport in the showpiece after the Greater Manchester side eliminated rivals Salford City on penalties, following a 2-2 draw over two legs. Victory under the arch would mean back-to-back promotions for Dave Challinor’s County, having won the National League title last term.
