Carlisle United and Stockport County will face off in the Sky Bet League Two Play-Off Final at Wembley on Sunday 28 May, after a thrilling day of Semi-Final action.
Both sides had to overturn first-leg deficits in matches that went to the wire.
Stockport, trailing Salford City 1-0 from the first leg, levelled up the tie through Isaac Olaofe before Stephen Mallan restored Salford's lead in extra time.
But Jack Stretton hit straight back for the Hatters and the home side secured the victory on penalties, with keeper Ben Hinchliffe making two stunning saves and Antoni Sarcevic converting the decisive spot kick.
County are looking to return to Sky Bet League One for the first time since 2010 and secure back-to-back promotions after coming up from the National League last season.
There were similar twists and turns in Saturday's second Semi-Final second leg, with an own goal levelling up the tie for Carlisle and forcing extra time.
Callum Guy had the Cumbrians in front and Matt Derbyshire equalised for Bradford, only for Ben Barclay to win it in the 112th minute.
Carlisle have been in the fourth tier since suffering relegation in 2014 and this will be their first visit to Wembley since winning the EFL Trophy there in 2011.
