The November nominations for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month Award are:
Michael Duff (Barnsley)
Having arrived in the summer, Duff is still learning about his players and giving them opportunities to claim a regular starting place. The changes he made led to a three-match winning streak, two of which were in November.
Wade Elliott (Cheltenham Town)
November began with Cheltenham sliding towards the relegation zone and suffering an embarrassing FA Cup exit. Elliott didn’t hide from the criticism and inspired his side to a draw at high-flying Ipswich before beating Wycombe.
Darren Moore (Sheffield Wednesday)
With Plymouth Argyle and Ipswich Town setting such a blistering pace, Moore has had to impress on his side the need for consistency as Wednesday play catch-up. Their 1-0 wins over Accrington Stanley and Shrewsbury Town narrowed the gap on the top two.
Paul Warne (Derby County)
Derby’s three November fixtures were all away from home. They also conceded first at Morecambe and MK Dons, but emerged unbeaten with five points to underscore the consistent progress they have made under Warne.
