Nominations are as follows:
Charlie Brown (Cheltenham Town)
What an evening for the 23-year-old whose first taste of senior football was in this competition five seasons ago when he was a Chelsea academy player. Technically gifted, he has been working on his athleticism since joining Cheltenham in January. That showed as he nodded home one goal and hooked in another in the 4-0 win over his former side.
Sam Cosgrove (Plymouth Argyle)
The 26-year-old has found a home in Devon after moving on loan from Birmingham City. Against AFC Wimbledon, he both typified and spearheaded the Argyle fightback from 3-0 down, stealing in to score twice from close range before driving home a low shot for his hat-trick. Not content, he then converted his penalty in the Pilgrims' shootout win.
John Marquis (Bristol Rovers)
Returning to the Rovers team following a niggling injury, Marquis looked sharp and refreshed as he scored twice in the 4-1 win over MK Dons. If the first owed everything to his predatory instincts, leaving his marker for a far post tap-in, his second was a sweetly-timed low shot into the bottom corner, taken early and on the run.
Joe Pritchard (Accrington Stanley)
Finally emerging from an injury-ravaged 18 months, Pritchard demonstrated at Burton that he is recovering his best form. Energetic, tenacious, with a whipped dead-ball delivery, he caused problems for the home defence all night and played a significant part in all four Stanley goals in their 4-2 win, scoring from a free-kick and setting up the other three.
Voting will close at midday on Tuesday 27 December.
