Valerien Ismael (West Bromwich Albion)
Has quickly instilled the powerful pressing game he favours at the Hawthorns with the Baggies overwhelming their opponents both in and out of possession. A haul of 13 points from five games hints at a strong promotion challenge.
Marco Silva (Fulham)
The transition from Scott Parker to Silva has been remarkably smooth, especially when you factor in relegation and a changed squad. Five unbeaten games brought 13 goals and 13 points as Silva’s side assumed the Championship lead.
Mark Warburton (Queens Park Rangers)
His tactical acumen, decisive actions and shrewd substitutions took Rangers into the top three. They won five of their 11 points from losing positions and scored nine of their 11 goals in the second half after Warburton’s interventions.
