Keeping fans safe at EFL matches

13 September 2021

The return of fans at EFL stadiums up and down the country has been a welcome sight this season.

However, the threat of Coronavirus remains, so match-attending supporters are encouraged to follow a simple set of rules, outlined by the UK's Deputy Chief Medical Officer Professor Jonathan Van-Tam, to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

In a recorded video, he urges fans to get two doses of the vaccine, stay at home if they are showing any Coronavirus symptoms and advises early arrival at stadiums, as well washing and sanitising hands regularly.
