Burnley forward Jay Rodriguez has been named as the Carabao Cup Player of the Round for Round Three.
The Clarets striker notched a hat-trick as Burnley cruised through to Round Four with an emphatic 4-1 win over Rochdale.
Rochdale took the lead in the second period through Jake Beesley, before Rodriguez levelled proceedings in the 50th minute. Just 12 minutes later, the 32-year-old bagged a treble as the Clarets turned the score-line on its head.
And the Burnley-born man grabbed his and Burnley’s fourth 15 minutes later, to complete the fightback at Turf Moor.
Rodriguez scooped the accolade with 30.3% of the vote, beating Manchester City's Phil Foden, Brentford's Marcus Forss and Queens Park Rangers' Charlie Austin to the prize.
