Following a weekend of celebrations, Leeds United fans will be able to tune in from home to see their team crowned Sky Bet Championship winners on Wednesday night.
After 16 years away from top-flight football, Leeds United were promoted to the Premier League on Friday evening, confirmed as Championship winners on Saturday and achieved a 3-1 victory away at Derby County on Sunday to seal the perfect promotion weekend.
And now on Wednesday, it has been confirmed that Sky Sports News and LUTV will jointly broadcast live coverage of the trophy presentation to Leeds United’s first team following the live game between West Bromwich Albion and QPR to confirm the final automatic promotion place.
Fans will therefore be able to join in the celebrations across a number of platforms from the safety of their homes with the risk of the COVID-19 pandemic still a very live and real concern for the safety of fans, club personnel and emergency frontline services.
Coverage of the presentation will be available on Sky Sports News at approximately 9.45pm on Wednesday evening, with Leeds United also showing the full trophy presentation via Club social channels and LUTV, free of charge.
A live stream of the trophy presentation will also be available on EFL social channels, via @SkyBetChamp on Twitter and @EFL on Facebook.
