Brentford manager Thomas Frank says his players' "determination and irritation" will spur them on to victory in the second leg of their Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi-Final against Swansea City on Wednesday night.
The Bees trail 1-0 going into Wednesday's second leg - which represents the last-ever competitive game at their home stadium, Griffin Park - but will still be confident of turning things around.
Speaking ahead of the match, Frank says his players are raring to go, and has "no doubt" they will pick up a win in their bid to reach the Final.
"I'm very, very proud of the players" he told the club's media team. "I think the approach [to the first leg] and the personality they showed from the second they stepped onto the pitch was spot on.
"We'd had two minor setbacks, but I think we dominated from the first second up until the red card [shown to Rico Henry], and I think we should have been in front [going into the second leg].
"We kept going, kept fighting, and the one chance we gave away was the goal. It was a bit of magic from [Andre] Ayew, but I'm really pleased with how we performed in many ways.
"We're 100 ready to play again on Wednesday. The determination and irritation in the players is so high, they will be bang at it on Wednesday."
"The fans must be so proud of these players. Look how they left everything out there [in the first leg], they kept fighting and fighting.
"I'm not in doubt we're going to win that game. I can promise you that we'll be so ready for the game on Wednesday we'll leave everything out there and show a strong personality. We want to dominate from the first second."
The game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, with updates also available via Twitter (@SkyBetChamp). Kick-off is at 7:45pm.
