HRH The Duke of Cambridge paid a special visit to West Bromwich Albion's training ground on Thursday, as part of the 'Heads Up' campaign for mental health.
The Duke of Cambridge and Albion captain Chris Brunt joined academy players for an informal session to discuss the challenges they might face, and give them the tools and advice on how to overcome those challenges.
He also spoke to the club's coaches and players about the pressures they face and the importance of talking about them, before meeting midfielder Gareth Barry, physio Fraser McKinney and Head of Sports Science Richie Rawlins, to discuss the important link between footballers' mental and physical health.
EFL Clubs have given their support to Heads Up, following an address by the The Duke of Cambridge at today’s EFL Club meeting.
