A few key points to note:
• In the Sky Bet Championship, West Bromwich Albion’s second leg at the Hawthorns will kick-off at 8pm, although their final league standing will determine if this will be tie ‘A’ or ‘B’.
• Scheduling requirements of involved teams has dictated that Ties ‘A’ and ‘B’ differ in the Championship compared to those in League One and League Two.
• In the event Sunderland finish 5th in Sky Bet League One, the match order detailed above will be switched, with their home first leg set to take place on Saturday 11 May at 7.30pm, and the second leg on Thursday 16 May at 7.45pm.
• This of course also means that the fixture between 3rd and 6th place in League One would switch to Sunday 12 May, with the return leg on Friday 17 May, should Sunderland finish fifth in the overall standings.
• Sky Bet League Two has been confirmed, with tie ‘A’ between 4th and 7th placed teams set to start the Play-Off proceedings on Thursday 9 May, before tie ‘B’ between 5th and 6th place the following evening on Friday 10 May.
