Chelsea beat Tottenham on penalties in a dramatic night at Stamford Bridge to secure a Carabao Cup Final meeting with Manchester City.
N'Golo Kante and Eden Hazard scored first-half goals, which saw Chelsea overturn Spurs' first-leg lead inside 38 minutes.
But Fernando Llorente's second-half header put Tottenham level.
The tie then ended 2-2 on aggregate after an exhilarating 90mins and was settled when David Luiz scored the winning kick after Kepa Arrizabalaga's fine from Lucas Moura.
The blues will now face Pep Guardiola's City at Wembley on 24 February.
