The 2019 EFL Youth Alliance Final will see Exeter City entertain Wigan Athletic at St James Park on Tuesday 30 April – kicking off at 6:30pm.
Both teams have had to endure some close battles in their respective regional cup campaigns, but their hard work throughout the competition has led them to this stage.
The Grecians have seen off Bristol Rovers, Northampton Town, Swindon Town and Southend United to get to the Final, beating the latter 2-1 in the Southern Area Final.
Meanwhile, the Latics finished top of Group Five in the Northern section, winning all four of their games and scoring 16 times in the process.
Two close games against Lincoln City and Scunthorpe United ensued in the Quarter-Final and Semi-Final stages respectively, before they eased past local rivals Bury in the Northern Area Final.
Should Wigan pick up the trophy at St James Park, they will secure a League and Cup double after clinching the West Youth Alliance with four games to spare.
Tickets for the game can be bought on the day, they are priced at £5 adults, £3 for 65+ and Students, and £1 for U18s.
