The EFL weekend was packed with action and individual brilliance - we've picked the 11 players and manager that stood out across all three divisons.
GOALKEEPER
Lee Burge - Coventry City 1-0 Barnsley
Barnsley headed to the Ricoh Arena unbeaten, and left with that record no longer in tact. With the game at 0-0 Burge pulled off a number of fine stops in the Coventry City goal before Jordan Willis' late winner.
DEFENCE
Jason Shackell - Macclesfield Town 1-2 Lincoln City
Lincoln City remain top of Sky Bet League Two thanks to another fine team performance. Shackell stood out at Moss Rose turning in a fine defensive display, and netting the eventual winning goal.
Richard Wood - Rotherham United 1-0 Derby County
Leading by example. Wood was solid as ever at the back for the Millers, and played his part going forward too. The Rotherham skipper won the penalty which secured a 1-0 win.
Christoph Zimmermann - Norwich City 1-0 Middlesbrough
Called upon in the absence of Grant Hanley, Zimmermann did not disappoint. His towering display helped Norwich City inflict Middlesbrough's first defeat of the season at Carrow Road on Saturday.
MIDFIELD
Byron Moore - Swindon Town 1-2 Bury
Bury got their first away win of the season, and Moore his first goals for the club on Saturday afternoon. He struck twice either side of Swindon Town's goal to send the Shakers to victory.
Greg Docherty - Shrewsbury Town 2-0 Southend United
On loan from Rangers, Docherty is beginning to find his feet in Sky Bet League One. He broke the deadlock after just five minutes at the New Meadow. He turned in a fine performance to help the Shrews to their first win of the season and was given a standing ovation when substituted in second-half stoppage time.
Manny Oyeleke - Port Vale 2-0 Northampton Town
Port Vale had gone four matches without a win before victory on Saturday. They defeated Northampton Town 2-0 at Vale Park and Oyeleke was the heartbeat of the win. He netted the Valiants' second and earned Goal of the Weekend in the process.
Josh Morris - AFC Wimbledon 2-3 Scunthorpe United
Morris scored twice in Scunthorpe's second win of the season. His first-half brace was vital in the Iron's 3-2 win away at AFC Wimbledon.
ATTACK
Neal Maupay - Brentford 2-0 Wigan Athletic
His seven goals from five Sky Bet Championship appearances have seen him bag three braces. It's been quite the start to the season for Maupay. He was at the double again on Saturday as the Bees swept Wigan Athletic aside at Griffin Park.
Mallik Wilks - Walsall 1-4 Doncaster Rovers
Wilks turned in a Man of the Match performance for Doncaster Rovers as they stripped Walsall of their unbeaten record on Saturday afternoon. He netted a fine goal and notched an assist in the 4-1 win.
Ian Henderson - Rochdale 3-0 Gillingham
A true captain's performance. Henderson netted a hat-trick as Rochdale recorded their first home victory of the season with a 3-0 triumph over Gillingham.
MANAGER
Darren Way - Newport County 0-6 Yeovil Town
There were some phenomenal performances from Yeovil players, but we save their Team of the Week spot for Manager, Way. In his 125th game in charge of the Glovers they won 6-0 away at Newport County. Their last three away league fixtures have returned three wins, 11 goals, and no goals conceded.
