Hosted by Colin Murray in the Quest studio, a Carabao Cup first saw the draw conducted by TV personality Rachel Riley alongside England Women’s record appearance maker Rachel Yankey.
This was the first time the draw for the Carabao Cup has been made by two female draw ambassadors as the EFL and Carabao continue to be committed to raising the profile of women across the game.
Current holders Manchester City will host newly promoted Fulham FC at the Etihad but the tie of Round Four will see a return to Stamford Bridge for Chelsea legend and all-time top goalscorer Frank Lampard, as his Derby County side have been drawn away to Chelsea. Elsewhere, West Ham United host Tottenham Hotspur in a London derby at the London Stadium.
Ties will be played week commencing 29 October with two matches to be shown live on Sky Sports.
