Second-half strikes from Ryan Sessegnon and Denis Odoi saw Fulham overturn their one-goal deficit to Derby County and claim a place in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final.
A hectic first-half played out at Craven Cottage, as both sides saw chances go amiss. The hosts went closest though, Aleksandar Mitrovic saw his point-blank header turned away by Rams stopper Scott Carson to ensure it was goalless at the break.
Slavisa Jokanovic must have laid on a hell of a half-time speech, as his side came out firing after the interval, and it didn't take them long to break the deadlock.
Mitrovic cushioned a Matt Targett cross to the feet of Sessegnon, and the Championship Player of the Season obliged with a fine finish into the roof of the net.

Fulham were then on the hunt for the second, and tie-clinching goal. It came just after the hour mark, and from the unlikliest of sources.
Denis Odoi nodded home a fine front-post header, sent the fans into raptures, and his team to Wembley.
