On Tuesday 24 June, at The Groucho Club in London, Quest held an event to launch ‘EFL on Quest’ — the new place for EFL highlights from 2018/19 onwards.
Colin Murray will continue to host the weekly programme, which will be free-to-air every Saturday at 9pm. There will be additional shows for midweek, Carabao Cup and Checkatrade Trophy highlights.
At the launch, two of the pundits for the upcoming campaign were revealed. Former Crewe Alexandra and Norwich City striker Dean Ashton will join Murray in the EFL on Quest studio, as will the well-travelled Ian Holloway, who has played and managed for several clubs in the EFL.

The trio sat down with the media to discuss their excitement ahead of the new season and who to look out for in 2018/19.
Host Colin Murray told EFL.com: “On a football show, the most important thing is the football and the fans, and then it’s the pundits. Our job is to steer the ship.
“EFL: The Reaction gives us a chance to talk more about all three divisions but not at the expense of the football. It’s a chance to chat a bit more than we will in the highlights show, and I think fans will want to hear from the likes of Ian Holloway and Dean Ashton — I’m really excited by it.”
Ian Holloway was confirmed as one of @QuestTV’s #EFL pundits yesterday, and it’s safe to say he’s excited for the football season…
