The match officials for the second legs of the Carabao Cup Semi-Finals have been announced.
The semi-final second leg between Arsenal and Chelsea will again involve the use of video assistant referees (VAR), after the EFL committed to support English football’s contribution to the live trial taking place across world football.

Michael Oliver has been appointed as the referee for the all-London affair, with Simon Bennett and Scott Ledger the assistant referees. Andre Marriner has been appointed the fourth official. Neil Swarbrick will be operating as the VAR, with Mick McDonough as his assistant.
Graham Scott has been appointed as the referee for the Bristol City versus Manchester City Semi-Final first leg, with Richard West and Adrian Holmes the assistant referees. The fourth official is Stuart Attwell. VAR is not in operation in this semi-final tie.
VAR will be in operation at the Carabao Cup Final at Wembley on Sunday 25th February.
