Billy Sharp hit a brace as Sheffield United scored three goals and took three points, in a 3-1 triumph over Reading at the Madejski Stadium. Mark Duffy found the net in between Sharp's two strikes, with Omar Richards netting for the Royals.

Blackburn Rovers moved four points clear at the top of the Sky Bet League One table, as Bradley Dack helped fire Tony Mowbray's side to a comfortable 3-0 victory at AFC Wimbledon.
In the night's other clash, Peterborough United came from behind at the ABAX Stadium to get the better of Walsall, with the hosts eventually winning 2-1, courtesy of respective goals from Omar Bogle and Jack Baldwin.
Earlier on, Bristol Rovers' meeting with Wigan Athletic was called off due to a frozen pitch.
