The November nominations for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month Award are:
Tammy Abraham (Aston Villa) – Striker
An astonishing month for the on-loan Chelsea man as he bagged six times in just four games for Villa, which included a four-goal haul against Nottingham Forest in a 5-5 draw at Villa Park. He also managed to get on the scoresheet in his first second-city derby against Birmingham City.
Joe Lolley (Nottingham Forest) – Midfielder
A driving force in Forest’s surge up the Sky Bet Championship table, the 26-year-old scored two goals and contributed four assists in the month of November. Lolley also scored a beauty against his boyhood club, Aston Villa.
Teemu Pukki (Norwich City) – Striker
A second nomination this season for the flying Finn, who struck five goals in three games as Norwich went top. Pukki possesses the innate ability to know what kind of finish is required, evident in his dinked winner against Millwall.
Darren Randolph (Middlesbrough) – Goalkeeper
The last line of the tightest defence in the Championship, Randolph’s alertness and athleticism were vital to Boro conceding just two goals in four November games. He made outstanding saves against Stoke City, Brentford and Preston North End.
