The November nominations for the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month Award are:
Daniel Farke (Norwich City)
November was an excellent month for Farke and Norwich, as the German saw his side pick up 10 points from a possible 12, bagging 12 goals in the process. The Canaries sit pretty at the top of the Sky Bet Championship table, one point above Leeds United.
Darren Moore (West Bromwich Albion)
The test of a manager is responding to their side’s dip in form. Moore reacted superbly by leading the Baggies to three successive wins to end the month, which included an emphatic 4-1 win over Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds.
Dean Smith (Aston Villa)
A sense of calmness has returned to Villa Park, and a large part of that is down to the appointment of Manager Dean Smith back in October. November was a solid month for the Villans, who went four games unbeaten and scored 14 goals in the process. A particular highlight was their 4-2 derby-day win over fierce rivals Birmingham City.
Paul Warne (Rotherham United)
Back in the Sky Bet Championship after only one season in Sky Bet League One, Warne has masterminded his side’s escape from the relegation zone. The Millers went unbeaten in November and took six points from four games against sides in the top half.
