The Carabao Cup was at the Beacon of Light in Sunderland on Thursday afternoon, ahead of the Black Cats' Round One tie against Sheffield Wednesday
Youngsters from the Foundation of Light were training when the Carabao Cup made its way to Wearside, and they were soon joined by Sunderland duo Tom Flanagan and Charlie Wyke for a Q&A session ahead of Thursday's contest with the Owls.
The winner will take their place in Carabao Cup Round Two, and they will already know their opponent due to the draw taking place prior to that fixture. Follow the draw live on Sky Sports from 7pm on Thursday 16 August.
