The March nominations for the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month Award are:
John Coleman (Accrington Stanley)
A second straight nomination for February’s winner and this time his side were perfect. They won all four games and conceded just two goals, beating erstwhile leaders Luton away and taking over at the top of League Two.
Danny Cowley (Lincoln City)
Kept the minds of his players off the upcoming EFL Trophy final and firmly on the task of securing a play-off berth. Their fitness and intensity paid off with late goals which helped to secure 11 points from five unbeaten games.
Keith Curle (Carlisle United)
Maintaining focus and taking the brunt of supporter discord so that your team can still perform is not easy, yet Curle managed it expertly, guiding his side to nine points from five unbeaten games and towards the play-off places.
Mark Robins (Coventry City)
Appears to be timing his side’s surge towards promotion to perfection. Not one to panic, he has added experience in key positions to Coventry’s youthful core. A haul of 11 points from five games lifted City into the play-off places.
The winner will be announced on Friday 6th April.
The judging panel comprises former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports’ EFL League expert Don Goodman; EFL Marketing Director Drew Barrand, League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL Trader Mikey Mumford.
