It's been another busy week for EFL clubs, with pre-season matches coming thick and fast, whether on home soil or abroad.
Some clubs even played simultaneous matches this week, one of those being Crewe Alexandra. While one squad was securing a 3-1 win at Buxton, another XI romped to a 7-2 win at Kidsgrove Athletic - Charlie Kirk helping himself to a five-minute hat-trick.
Scott Vernon was another at the treble as Grimsby Town defeated Grimsby Borough 11-3, and Joe Iaciofano mirrored the feat, hitting three for Northampton Town in another goalfest as the Cobblers won 8-2 at local side Sileby Rangers.
Although the games might not be competitive, there's nothing quite like a debut goal, and the latest addition to Lincoln City's ranks introduced himself in style against Benfica B on Wednesday night.
Jacob Maguire-Drew, signed on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion, showed what he's capable of with a stunning effort, although the Imps were beaten 3-1 by the Portuguese outfit.

Fulham's new acquisition, Ibrahima Cisse, was another to get off the mark in his first appearance, firing in the opening goal as the Cottagers beat QPR U23 4-2 at their Motspur Park training complex.
And Stevenage's Blair Turgott could not be stopped against Hitchin Town, getting off the mark with this individual effort.
It can seem like a lifetime waiting for the new season to begin, with players eager to get back out on the pitch playing football. But spare a thought for Milton Keynes Dons' Scott Wootton.
While most have only been waiting since May to start again, the defender has been sidelined for 11 months after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament back in August. Good to see you back, Scott!
And it's back to Stevenage to round off the week, and another magical mannequin moment involving Ronnie Henry. Oops!
Mannequin there, Ron. 😅 pic.twitter.com/hU9EmUWHXo— StevenageFC Official (@StevenageFC) July 7, 2017
