Newport County have made their 11th January signing with the addition of Ryan Bird.
The striker has moved to the Exiles on a permanent deal having had previous spells in the EFL with Portsmouth, Cambridge United, Hartlepool United and Yeovil Town.The 29-year-old joins a team sitting rock-bottom of Sky Bet League Two, five points from safety and winless in 10 matches, stretching back to mid-November.
County have been the busiest EFL team in the January transfer window as they aim to avoid the drop.
