Patient during his side’s stuttering form in the New Year, he earned his reward for trusting his methods as Bolton erupted for 16 points and 17 goals from six games, which included 4-2 away wins at promotion rivals Fleetwood and Oxford.
Chris Wilder (Sheffield United)
Having led Northampton to promotion last season, Wilder stands on the brink of repeating the feat with Sheffield United after leading them through six swashbuckling March fixtures, garnering 14 points and scoring 15 goals in the process.
