One game stands above the rest this weekend as we reach the final round of fixtures in the 2015/16 Sky Bet Championship season.

Middlesbrough and Brighton & Hove Albion will battle it out for promotion at the Riverside Stadium in front of the Sky Sports cameras – one of two matches screened on Saturday lunchtime.

Here’s a look at the Sky Bet Championship Matchday 46 fixtures, all of which have a 12:30pm kick-off time:

Saturday 7th May 2016

Blackburn Rovers v Reading
Cardiff City v Birmingham City
Charlton Athletic v Burnley (live on Sky Sports 2)
Derby County v Ipswich Town
Fulham v Bolton Wanderers
Huddersfield Town v Brentford
Hull City v Rotherham United
Middlesbrough v Brighton & Hove Albion (live on Sky Sports 1)
Milton Keynes Dons v Nottingham Forest
Preston North End v Leeds United
Queens Park Rangers v Bristol City
Wolverhampton Wanderers v Sheffield Wednesday

Burnley's visit to relegated Charlton Athletic will also be screened, with the Clarets looking to take the title with victory at The Valley.

Any slip-up could see either Boro or the Seagulls clinch the crown, however.

Hull City and Derby County will meet in the Play-Offs, but the Tigers can guarantee themselves a home second leg with three points against Rotherham United, while Darren Wassall's troops host Ipswich Town.

Sheffield Wednesday have secured sixth and go to Molineux, where the last four fixtures have finished goalless.

Cardiff City welcome Birmingham City to Wales in a battle between two clubs that fell just short of a Play-Off place, while Brentford could leapfrog the Blues into ninth – they visit Huddersfield Town.

Mitlon Keynes Dons and Bolton finish their respective spells in the Championship at home to Nottingham Forest and away at Fulham.

Elsewhere, Paul Lambert manages Blackburn Rovers for the last time, at home to Reading; Simon Grayson's Preston North End take on his former employers Leeds United, and Queens Park Rangers play Bristol City at Loftus Road.
