Wolverhampton Wanderers Chief Executive, Jez Moxey, has been nominated by the Board of The Football League to serve as one of its two representatives on the FA Board.Moxey replaces Keith Lamb, who stands down from both Boards following Middlesbrough's recent promotion to the Premier League.
Football League Chairman, Greg Clarke said: "I would like to thank Keith Lamb for the years of dedicated service he has given to both The Football League and FA. Our clubs are in his debt.
"As one of professional football's most experienced chief executives, Jez Moxey is a very capable replacement and he will continue to ensure that the views of our clubs are heard at the very heart of the FA's decision making process."
Jez Moxey said: "It is an honour for me and for Wolves to represent The Football League and its clubs on The FA board.
“As a director of The Football League and having been a member of The FA Council for a number of years, I am fully aware of the plethora of important issues the game faces at all levels. I will do whatever I can to assist in this process."
