Burton Albion moved six points clear in Sky Bet League 1 with a hard-earned win over Fleetwood Town.
Mark Duffy hit both goals in the 2-1 triumph, which moved the Brewers further clear of Wigan Athletic who shared six goals in a thriller with bottom club Colchester United - Will Grigg rescuing a late point for the Latics.
That wasn’t the only last-gasp drama, with Swindon Town and Shrewsbury Town both netting late equalisers to earn a point. Port Vale went one better, fighting back from 2-0 down to secure a 3-2 win over Peterborough United coursesy of two goals in the last four minutes.
Gillingham, Walsall and Coventry City all returned to winning ways with victories against sides in the bottom seven, while Bradford City moved into the Play-Off places with a win over Doncaster Rovers. Barnsley slipped out of the top six after a 2-0 home defeat to Southend United.
Elsewhere, there were comfortable home victories for Sheffield United and Rochdale, who picked up respective 3-0 wins against Oldham Athletic and Bury.
