Any one of three teams could finish the weekend as Sky Bet Championship leaders on Matchday 34, including Middlesbrough who kick-off the action on Friday night against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Aitor Karanka's side will only return to the summit dependent on other results, and they take on a Wolves side who picked up a crucial three points against Derby County last time out.
Here's a full list of Sky Bet Championship fixtures taking place on Matchday 34. All are 3pm kick-offs unless stated otherwise:
Friday 4th March
Middlesbrough v Wolverhampton Wanderers (7.45pm - live on Sky Sports)
Saturday 5th March
Bristol City v Cardiff City (12pm)
Burnley v Blackburn Rovers (12.30pm - live on Sky Sports)
Brentford v Charlton Athletic
Derby County v Huddersfield Town
Ipswich Town v Nottingham Forest
Leeds United v Bolton Wanderers
Milton Keynes Dons v Queens Park Rangers
Preston North End v Brighton & Hove Albion
Reading v Fulham
Sheffield Wednesday v Rotherham United
There are two early kick-offs on Saturday afternoon. Bristol City welcome Play-Off chasing Cardiff City to Ashton Gate while Burnley take on Blackburn Rovers in a Lancashire derby.
Sean Dyche's men will remain at the top of the Sky Bet Championship with victory, but anything less than three points could see them drop to third.
Brighton & Hove Albion, who are currently fourth, could go top themselves if Burnley lose and Hull and Middlesbrough both fail to win. The Seagulls play Preston who are seven points shy of a Play-Off place.
Derby, six points behind Brighton, could keep up the pressure on the lead quartet if they can overcome Huddersfield Town at the iPro Stadium. However, if they slip up, then Sheffield Wednesday will go above them with victory over Rotherham United in a Yorkshire derby.
Neil Warnock's side will have added motivation knowing that a win on the road could take them out of the relegation places, but that's only if MK Dons are beaten at home by Queens Park Rangers.
Bolton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic, the other two sides in the drop zone, play Leeds United and Brentford respectively.
Elsewhere, Ipswich Town play Nottingham Forest at Portman Road and Reading lock horns with Fulham.
