Sky Bet League 1: Matchday 32 preview

19 February 2016

Wigan Athletic possess The Football League's longest unbeaten run, and they take that to Walsall this weekend on Matchday 32 in Sky Bet League 1.

The Latics haven't lost in 10 outings and find themselves fourth as a result, ahead of their encounter with the third-placed Saddlers.

Here's a look at the Matchday 32 fixtures in Sky Bet League 1, all kicking off at 3pm unless stated otherwise:

Saturday 20th February

Barnsley v Doncaster Rovers
Bradford City v Rochdale
Bury v Colchester United
Chesterfield v Crewe Alexandra
Fleetwood Town v Scunthorpe United
Millwall v Peterborough United
Oldham Athletic v Gillingham
Sheffield United v Port Vale
Swindon Town v Blackpool
Walsall v Wigan Athletic

Monday 22nd February

Southend United v Burton Albion (7.45pm – live on Sky Sports)

Wigan and Walsall both have the chance to lift themselves into the automatic promotion places on Saturday but only if Gillingham, who occupy second spot, fail to win at relegation-threatened Oldham Athletic.

Burton are top and five points clear after back-to-back victories, but aren't in action until Monday when they visit Play-Off chasing Southend United in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

Southend are three points off the top six – as are Bradford City, who host Rochdale.

At the other end of the table, Colchester United prop up the division and are eight points from safety, without a win in 17 games, ahead of a visit to Bury.

Oldham, Crewe and Fleetwood Town are the other three sides in the bottom four. As previously mentioned, Oldham play Gillingham, while Crewe travel to 20th-placed Chesterfield and Fleetwood host Scunthorpe.
