Andy Woolmer will referee this year's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final between Barnsley and Oxford United.
His assistants will be Gary Hilton and Steve Rushton, with Phil Gibbs appointed as the fourth official.The reserve assistant referee will be Ravel Cheosiaua.
Woolmer, from Northamptonshire, has been a domestic match official since 2003 and took charge of his first game in August that year as Stevenage defeated Dagenham & Redbridge 2-1 in a Conference fixture.
A year later he made his Football League debut when Kidderminster drew 0-0 with Notts County in League 2, and in January 2005 he officiated in his first Championship game at Gresty Road where Preston North End defeated Crewe Alexandra 2-1.
This will be the first time Woolmer has been the referee for a game at Wembley Stadium. The match takes place on Sunday 3rd April, kicking-off at 2.30pm.
