Oxford United have slipped to third but will maintain their position if they pick up all three points against Hartlepool United, who haven't won in their last three games.
Plymouth Argyle and Bristol Rovers are fourth and fifth in the table respectively, separated by just one point. The Pilgrims are at home to already-relegated Dagenham & Redbridge while Rovers host Exeter City.
Portsmouth have slipped into the clutches of the chasing pack after losing their last two games, and they play one of the chasers, Wycombe Wanderers, on Saturday at Fratton Park.
AFC Wimbledon remain in the final Play-Off place, four points clear of Wycombe, but face a tricky trip as they travel to Leyton Orient.
Cambridge United stuck seven goals past Morecambe during the week to keep their hopes of a top-six finish alive - this weekend they are away to Notts County, who have lost their last two.
Champions Northampton Town are now unbeaten in 21 and travel to Huish Park to play winless in four Yeovil Town.
