Neal Ardley says AFC Wimbledon are enjoying being part of a promotion challenge, with the team dreaming of a place in Sky Bet League 1.
The Dons, currently seventh in Sky Bet League 2, occupy the final Play-Off place and have won their last three matches to stay two points clear of the chasing pack.
On Tuesday evening they visit already-relegated Dagenham & Redbridge and, should they avoid defeat, are likely to remain above Wycombe Wanderers, Exeter City and Leyton Orient who are all two points further adrift.
This is the club's fifth season in the fourth tier, and the manager hasn't given up hope of playing at a higher level next season.
Speaking to the club's official website he said: “Every time we’ve got in there [the Play-Offs] we’ve had a little blip. We dreamed of promotion and we are going to carry on dreaming of it.
"We are over-achieving, but this club has always done that. We are enjoying it, there is a great team spirit, and we will keep going.
"As long as the fans know that the boys are preparing right for every minute of every game and giving everything, that’s all you can ask for.
"We are going to do that for the next five games and see where it takes us.”
