Sky Bet Championship: Matchday 6 review

13 September 2015

Brighton & Hove Albion still lead the way in the Sky Bet Championship following a 1-0 win in their top-of-the-table clash with Hull City.

The Seagulls came out on top with Tomer Hemed grabbing the only goal for Chris Hughton's undefeated side.

Hull's loss saw them leapfrogged by four clubs, including unbeaten duo Cardiff City and Birmingham City.

Cardiff defeated Huddersfield Town 2-0 with former Terrier Anthony Pilkington among the goals, while Clayton Donaldson took home the matchball with a hat-trick in the Blues' 4-2 triumph over Bristol City.

Donaldson's achievements matched that of Orlando Sa, who netted three times in Reading's 5-1 success on Friday night, while Nottingham Forest picked up a first away win since late February in Saturday's early kick-off – they defeated QPR 2-1 in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
