Huddersfield Town battled back to a 1-1 draw at home to Nottingham Forest in the first of the weekend's Sky Bet Championship fixtures.
Ryan Mendes opened the scoring for the visitors after 23 minutes with a sweetly-taken strike to give Dougie Freedman's side the edge at the break. But Huddersfield, who recorded back-to-back wins prior to their Thursday night outing at the John Smith's Stadium, refused to lie down and enjoyed a large share of the possession in the second period.
And their continued assault on goal paid dividends in the 84th minute, when Emyr Huws' rifled effort took a big deflection and crashed in off the underside of the crossbar to hand the Terriers a well-earned point.
