Capital One Cup Round 4 draw

23 September 2015

Sheffield Wednesday have been handed a home tie with Arsenal in Round 4 of the Capital One Cup after defeating Newcastle United at St. James' Park.

The Owls, from the Sky Bet Championship, overcame their top-flight opposition courtesy of a Lewis McGugan goal, and they now face Arsenal at Hillsborough as a reward.

The Gunners reached Round 4 after beating North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane, with Mathieu Flamini scoring twice for Arsene Wenger's men.

Crystal Palace also came out on top in a derby day in the capital, triumphing 4-1 over Charlton Athletic, and they will now go to the Etihad Stadium to take on Manchester City - one of five all-Premier League ties.

Hull City defeated Premier League opposition in Swansea City on Tuesday night, and they have earned another home draw, this time against Leicester City, while fellow Championship outfit Middlesbrough will travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United.
