Hull City manager Steve Bruce believes his side are showing their resilience following their 1-0 Sky Bet Championship success at Nottingham Forest.
Abel Hernandez scored the only goal of the game at the City Ground, extending Hull's unbeaten run to five games in all competitions and leaving them fifth in the table going into the international break. It was the second success on the road for the Tigers this term and Bruce was happy with the win, although he admitted there is still room for progression.
“We’re unbeaten in five now and showing that little bit of resilience that, certainly away from home, was missing,” Bruce told the club's official website.

“We can improve and I thought we gave the ball away far too cheaply at times. However, at the other end of the pitch we looked a threat even though we only scored the one goal.
“We’re trundling along and slowly but surely getting better and getting to grips with the challenge that lies ahead."
