Keith Curle (Carlisle United)
Curle managed his squad skilfully through a hectic fixture list of seven September games. His team also maintained its status as leading scorers in Sky Bet League 2 with nine more goals as they picked up 10 points from five league matches.
Ricardo Moniz (Notts County)
The Dutchman’s promise to bring attacking flair to Meadow Lane was fulfilled with 10 goals in five September games, which yielded 10 points and a rise up the table. Particularly impressive was the thrilling 4-1 win over Crawley Town.
John Still (Luton Town)
Still showed his experience by keeping calm after his side collected just two points in August. His belief in his players didn’t waver as he guided them to four wins in five games, ending the month by beating Mansfield Town, AFC Wimbledon and Morecambe.
The winners will be announced on Friday.
