Sky Bet Championship: Matchday 13 review

26 October 2015

Burnley were victorious at Ewood Park in Saturday lunchtime's East Lancashire derby, sending them third in the Sky Bet Championship.

Scott Arfield's winner had put the Clarets second for a few hours, but they were overtaken by Hull after the Tigers defeated Birmingham 2-0 later that afternoon.

Brentford and QPR both ran out 3-0 winners, against Charlton and Milton Keynes respectively, while Middlesbrough also scored three, in a 3-1 success against Wolves at Molineux.

Brighton remain top and unbeaten after a goalless draw with Preston, and Fulham launched a remarkable second-half comeback to defeat Reading 4-2 at Craven Cottage.

A South Yorkshire derby got the Championship weekend under way on Friday night, with Sheffield Wednesday taking all three points away at Rotherham.
