Sky Bet Championship: Matchday 13 preview

A quick turnaround in the Sky Bet Championship sees all 24 teams in action over three days of Matchday 13.

First up is a South Yorkshire derby between Rotherham United and Sheffield Wednesday on Friday, which is one of three games live on Sky Sports.

Here's a look at the Matchday 13 fixtures in the Sky Bet Championship (3pm kick-off unless stated):

Fulham v Reading (1.30pm)
Bolton Wanderers v Leeds United
Brighton & Hove Albion v Preston North End
Charlton Athletic v Brentford
Huddersfield Town v Derby County
Hull City v Birmingham City
Nottingham Forest v Ipswich Town
Queens Park Rangers v Milton Keynes Dons
Wolverhampton Wanderers v Middlesbrough

Monday 26th October

Cardiff City v Bristol City (7.45pm – live on Sky Sports)

Follow Friday night's derby, there's another clash between two rivals in Saturday's televised lunchtime kick-off as Blackburn Rovers host old foes Burnley.

Another early kick-off on Saturday sees Fulham take on Reading at Craven Cottage, with the two sides currently locked at 14-14 in their league head-to-head win record.

Bolton and Leeds' head-to-head is also level, at 21 victories apiece, ahead of their weekend meeting.

Birmingham's transformation under Gary Rowett continued in midweek when they moved up to second in the division with a fourth successive win; and they now go to fourth-placed Hull, who are undefeated in six.

Leaders Brighton remain unbeaten in 2015/16 and have won their last two games 2-1, prior to locking horns with Preston North End for the first time since March 2006 on Matchday 13.

Elsewhere, Charlton Athletic host Brentford after slipping into the relegation zone, while Nottingham Forest and Ipswich Town – both without a victory in five outings – clash at the City Ground.
