Rochdale boss Keith Hill is demanding an improvement from his players following their 3-1 home defeat to Bradford City in Sky Bet League 1.After an impressive defensive effort early on in 2015/16, Dale have now conceded eight in three, and Hill says his players need to step up to resolve the issue.
"We’re making bad mistakes. We conceded five goals in eight games and now we’ve conceded eight in three," Hill told Rochdale's official site.
"When we actually analyse those, it’s us. I haven’t seen a spectacular goal from any opposition, so that’s the problem.
“It’s not my problem to solve. I trust and believe in the personnel and they’ve got to believe in themselves and each other.
“If you’re making mistakes then you make sure that the next time you got out onto the pitch your first port of call is not to make those mistakes. You’ve got to stop it somewhere and the individual players have got to stop it themselves."
