Charlton Athletic have terminated the contract of head coach Guy Luzon after the 3-0 defeat to Brentford in the Sky Bet Championship.
It was the second 3-0 reverse at The Valley in a week, extending a winless run which dates back to mid-August and leaving the club 22nd in the table.Read more: Sky Bet Championship - Matchday 13 review
Also departing the club are Luzon's assistant head coach Damian Matthew and first-team coach David Martane, with the club thanking the trio for their efforts on their club website:
"Given the recent downturn in results and following Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Brentford which leaves the Addicks in 22nd position, the board felt they had to make a change at this time.
"The club would like to thank the trio for their efforts and a further statement will be made in due course."
