The first was a deflected effort at the back post, after the striker had collected a cross from debutant Elliot Bennett, while his second was a header from a Derrick Williams centre.
Forest rarely threatened and if it wasn’t for the reflexes of goalkeeper Dorus de Vries, who made an incredible double save in the second half, Wilbraham would’ve had a hat-trick.
The result lifted Bristol City off the bottom of the Sky Bet Championship table, ahead of the rest of the weekend’s action.
