Martin Ling has returned to Swindon Town after being appointed as the club's new first team manager.
Ling, a former midfielder, first moved to the County Ground in the summer of 1986 before being sold to Southend United.But he returned to Wiltshire in 1991 and became a key part of the Robins side that won promotion to the Premier League in 1993, before leaving after the completion of the 1995/96 campaign.
He's now back at SN1, on a two-and-a-half year deal, replacing Mark Cooper in the dugout after he departed last month.

Ling's managerial career started at Leyton Orient in 2003 and guided them to League 2 promotion in 2006, before having spells at Cambridge United and, most recently, with Torquay United.
