Millwall manager Neil Harris said: "It's a fantastic achievement for young Aiden to win the Player of the Month award.
“We have had a real upturn in our performances with some great results of late and Aiden's form has been a big part of that.
“He is a terrific young man, a real infectious character, and he plays with desire and enthusiasm. We are all witnessing his ability at the moment.”
“It’s no coincidence that the Lions’ turnaround in form has coincided with his best run of games for the club.”
Sky Bet Football Trading Manager Paul Lowery said: “Aiden O’Brien’s three goals in October helped the Lions to three wins from four games taking them to to seventh in the table.
“The Millwall youth product is making the most of getting regular game time up front for his boyhood team and will be hoping he can keep on scoring to bring Championship football to the Den next season."
